Why sunsets on Mars are blue ?
Earth has a thick atmosphere due to which the phenomenon Rayleigh scattering occurs. When the sun is low in the sky (during the sunrise & sunset), the light has to travel a long path through the atmosphere to reach us. As a result, most of the blue photons are scattered away due to less wavelength & only the red photons will reach us. So, the sunset at Earth appears red.
But Mars's atmosphere is different from Earth. Mars has a very thin, dry, and dusty atmosphere, it's roughly 100 times thinner than Earth. This means it scatters mostly the high wavelength (red) photons uniformly and blue photons scatter only a slight angle.
As a result, mostly blue photons reach the surface when the sun goes down & we get a beautiful blue sunset on Mars.
